I have an A10 and it doesn’t permit I use mobile data connection during a voice call (wifi runs normal). Do one of these custom ROM solve this problem? Or is it a hardware issue? Until yesterday I was using my chip with on a Zenfone Go and both services run simultaneously with no problem.
Hi Hernani! Usually, not being able to call using mobile data is a phone default. This is to prevent unwanted charges. What you can do is to go to your settings and find the voice call options. There must be something like ‘allow voice calls over mobile data’ there. If you are using an app to call, it’s pretty much the same.
